Due to the personalized nature of astrology services:
1. No Refund After Delivery

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session is completed.

Personalized horoscope reports are non-refundable after delivery.
2. Cancellation

Appointment cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before scheduled time.

If cancelled in time, rescheduling may be allowed (refund subject to management approval).
3. Duplicate Payment
In case of duplicate payment, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
